Hi,
Was wondering if there is a lecture for the multiple shares Issue and prior year comparitives example in chapter 19?
If not can you please explain the fraction of 3/2 year and also the calculation of the restated EPS for the prior year?

I though there was a video, sorry.
If not then the fraction is due to the 1 for 2 issue. We look at the number of shares after (3) divided by the number in issue before (2).
The restated figure is achieved by dividing the PY EPS by the fraction, so we are effectively multiplying by 2/3.

I wish there was a lecture for Chapter 19, example 2.
I don’t seem to fully grasp the meaning of the fraction of 2/3 or 3/2.
