Chapter 15 Self assessment and pymt of tax individuals. Review Finance Act Tax

Hi Tax tutor, we are told to review the finance act 2015 technical article tax management section at the end of the above chapter however I am unable to find a section within the article headed as this. Is the section actually headed “administration”? I am including the link of the finance act below for 2015 as per the ACCA website:
