Dear Tutor,
Is chap 5 VAT going to be a part of Sep’17 exam because in the video lectures it has been classified under Mar’17 exams only but in the lecture notes the chapter still exists.

I think its chapter 25 that you refer to rather than chapter 5 and it is most definitely in the syllabus for all exam sittings. The lectures for March 2017 may still be used except you should use the revised registration and deregistration limits as per the course notes but all the same rules apply – please do not ignore.
