I am just looking at Example 5 – Group SFP (Reilly, Hulme and Jones)

on the workings for NCI (w4) I am struggling to work out the increase in NCI for Jones due to disposal of 20% of equity shares.

I have looked at the model answer and it is showing 28.6 but I cannot come back to this number which ever way I attempt this.

Can you please explain?
