Hi Chris,

I hope you are well and safe,

It’s mentioned in Kaplan textbook in chapter 6, page#120 the following,
In UK there is a principles-based framework in terms of the statement of principles and accounting standards.
But I haven’t seen statement of principles in the syllabus can you help me please I don’t what are kinds of principles in UK?

Yes, you will not see this mentioned in the syllabus as it is not included on it given that it relates to UK GAAP and not IFRS.

So, don’t worry about it.
