Hello sir, i have a few qns just to clarify
1) if there is a CGT loss of residential property do we net is off against other chargeable gains and then deduct the AEA and b/f losses from the net chargeable gains, or do we just ignore the residential loss? (im asking this because there is a line in the textbook regarding the residential losses that’s confusing me)
Apply losses as shown in Section 1.7 of Chapter 12 of the study notes – what is the line that’s confusing you?
