How do I need to treat a liability for a purchase of PPE in the cash flows statement? Do I need to include the figure in my PPE working or recognise it as a separate entry in the cash flows statement?
Hi,
If there is a payable related to PPE then it will be included in the PPE working as it will impact on the cash figure for the purchase of PPE in investing activities.
Thanks
