    Hi, I am at around Chapter 15 of Opentuition F4 notes and I haven’t come across any signs of cases that are talked a lot here. My question is, are the cases only for F4 English variant or global also?

    If so can I have a list…

    There are a lot of cases involved in the English variant – well, at least there used to be. But with the advent of cbe for F4 the cases have fallen out of importance. The only reason that they’re still there is because the stories behind the cases help you to remember the law.

    If you don’t like them – fine, just read the law without paying any attention to the cases and their wonderful stories – it will do you no harm

    It’s the principles that are important – it always has been.

    so its not important to learn case laws when attending cbe?? are you sure.. will there be any input questions where v have to provide answers like f3??
