hi sir,
is there any need to listen to the cases in the lectures or should i just skip them as they are not tested anymore.
also, is there need to make any notes in the study notes along with the lectures? thank you
There’s no reason to listen to the cases – except they are an easy way to memorise the principle of law that was established, but you won’t get the chance in the exam to use the details of the cases – just the principles that they established
