Normally, we know the association CWIP has with the IAS 16 operating fixed assets.
I want to ask the treatment for CWIP when it is classified under Investment property. What does IAS say about this and the accounting treatment?

If you are asking me where you book an IP while it is being constructed - you book it in IP.
