‘limited company offers flexibility. Capital and enterprise can be brought together’ I didnt understand this.
Can you explain this statement? and What is the meaning of capital and enterprise with context to this statement?

I think it is like this that,
The limited company has this flexibility that it allows the companies with capital (Investors) and the managed business people (entrepreneurs) can come together.
    Is this correct sir?

That sounds fine, as bringing together capital and skills (enterprise) is essential for any business. However, limited companies are not the only way that can be done, for example, there are many successful large partnerships. However, with limited companies moremthan with partnerships, the suppliers ofmthe money and the skills are likely to be different people.
