Hello,
First of all thanks for wonderful lectures. I have an exemption from F3.
Can I pass F7 without reading F3 notes and practicing the basics ?

Thanks for the kind comments, and yes you can pass FR without going back through the FA materials. As you progress through the FR stuff the FA will start to come back to you and you will then not need to go back through old stuff.
If you do get stuck, then you know where we are to ask any questions.
