Calculating Net payable

Good afternoon everyone, I would ask about calculating net payable, in FR I met where trade receivable is deducted from payable in order to find net payable, why this is occured?? Thanks for your answer.

Hi,

Where have you seen this in the notes/videos? We do not net off the trade receivable and trade payable balances.

The only time we see payable and receivable balances net off is in relation to sales tax.
