Hi All
Quick question, A puts an add to sell his car for £500, B comes and handed £500 cash to A, A puts the money in his pocket, then immediately C comes and offering £600 for the car.
A returns the money to B and accepts C’s offer and took the £600.Can B sues A for Breach of contract? if so, how much damages he can claim?
