    Hi Open Tuition team,

I was fortunate enough to pass my P2 exam this sitting in June 2016 using the study text and kit from last year (August 2014 – June 2015).

I am now giving my books to someone who isn’t buying the new books, but are you able to advice of all relevant changes that would have happened between August 2014 to now please? This is so that I can pre-warn him and he doesn’t expect to just use the book for his studies.

If you can even summarise the changes just this coming sitting vs June 2016, even that will be helpful.

    Regards
    Farhan

    Hi,

The key changes since then relate to IFRS 15. Other than that the only changes are minor and relate to the Exposure Drafts. The specific details of the updated syllabus are on the ACCA website.

Congratulations on passing the exam too. I don’t think it had much to do with fortune and was highly likely due to your hard work and dedication. I hope you get the same success in your next exams.

    Thanks
