1) I can you tell me who is an audit Engagement Partner?
I believe it is the Auditor who will conduct the audit for the audit client

Yes you are correct in so far as this is the person who is ultimately responsible for the conduct of the audit… though most of the work will actually be conducted (“done”) by members of the audit engagement team.
