    Groupe consolidation, cream goodwill
    Where 30%used to calculate the indirect holding adjustment coming from?
    I though it will be 80%x70%.

    Hi,

    Ignore the answer as it isn’t how we’d calculate the FV of consideration. If you take 70% of the $136 million investment (as we have done in the complex group videos) we get the same answer as you do in the model answer (136-40.8).
