Thanks for the good work.
Kindly explain. Do i always suggest strategies to improve performance in any case where you are asked to analyse a company using model for example pestel, BCG e.t.c?

You must suggest what the question asks you to suggest.
In a question asking you to use a model, the question might simply want you to analyse the situation or problem without suggesting improvements; other questions might, of course ask you do suggest how performance might be improved.
Carefully reading the question requirements is key.
