    Should the answer be not £2800 as oppose to £2600. As the 20% on £1000 on NS is £200. So total taxable liability should be £2600 + £200 = £2800.
    Please advise.

    The answer given in the OT notes IS £2,800 so I am a little confused about your question.

    Sorry forgot to mention it’s the example 5 in chapter 2, with regards to non savings and savings income.

    Hi, thanks for the reply, yes you are right but in the lecture the tutor rectifies the answer from £2800 to £2600. Which is why I am enquiring.
