Employer contributions do not count towards the
annual allowance. – What does this means?
lets say i have an annual allowance of 40000 and no unused allowance if my employer contributes towards my pension of 10000 the would my available annual allowance be 30000?

Just one point from question – employer contributions DO count towards the AA
