sir, Practice question of Chapter agency has wrong answer in the olution it must be D, A matches the condition of libility for agent.
its written in notes -“agent acting on his behalf and claiming he is acting on behalf of principal” will be liable.
in answer in practice Q , its written (A) – ” Agent acting on his behalf but does identify that he is agent ” is not liable. its just different phrasing. being agent and acting on behalf of principal is same.

In start of the video mike calles this are as difficult , I couldn’t clearly understand the words neither subtitles help. Can you tell me its mportant area or questions relates to this are come alot .
greatly appreciate
Hi Lokesh,
Thank you for sending me the video link, this helps save a lot of time. So Mike is simply saying that this is a difficult area to add to because there is not a lot more to learn other than what he talks through and what you see on the notes. All areas are equally important, Mike is saying though this area is quite “brief” i.e. not a big area of information to learn.
I hope that clarifies.
Best wishes,
Vijay
