Hello, I would really appreciate some advice from anyone who can relate to my situation, or has any ideas.
I finished my F1-F9 nearly 10 years ago now and also achieved the Oxford Brookes Applied Accounting degree. I stopped studying due to health reasons. Since that time I have worked in non accounting roles. I am now considering returning to work in accounts and to re-register with the ACCA, try and finish the remaining 4 papers, gain the experience and become a member.
I have forgotten quite a bit of what I studied so I was thinking to take a Bookkeeping course with the ICB first, this should help me brush up on the basics and possibly get a part-time Bookkeeping role whilst I study. I was then thinking to view the OT Applied Skills lectures (PM, FR, FM) first, test my knowledge and then start looking at SBL, SBR and others?
