P3 was a fair exam. By the grace of GOD i have attempted the whole paper in time. For time management please follow this approach equally applicable to all Professional Level papers,
1) 15 mins should spend on reading and planning your 2 choice questions.
2) 30 mins should spend on reading Q1 case Study
3) 60 mins should spend on wrinting answer to Q1
4) 45 mins should spend on writing answer to First Choice Question
5) 30 mins should spend on wrinting answer to Second Choice Question
6) Last 15 mins should spend on the remaining part of Q1If you follow this approach never run out of time in any professional level paper

Well, I did put her as high interest and high power and therefore, a key player considering she has an overall responsibility in the project’s success, being a project sponsor, and this is crucial for the company she leads as a CEO. The implication on the project manager is that regular update on the status and progress of the project would be required in order to ensure a quick resolution of any issues i.e. budget constraints. This was also my line of thought too…hope it deserves some marks!!!

September 12, 2017 at 1:14 pm #407327The paper was doable. But only in more time.
September 13, 2017 at 3:40 pm #407525Time management is really a challenge in P3. Q1 gobbled almost 2 hrs of my exam time. Q4 and Q2 were were easy to fair. However, I only did part A of Q2 and left 10 easy marks on project mgt. Am starting to question the idea of whether beginning with Q1 is always the best approach.

October 15, 2017 at 4:22 pm #411164Massively agree with your point.. reading the case studies and trying to over come nerves is the hardest thing ever while looking at the time. Also some people are quick readers and some are not! For me question was tough trying to read it all understand and apply it to the questions
