Not sure about that Damian. I don’t remember the sub having any interest in the Fx sub?
For contingent consideration,
if the fair value was given , must i calculate the present value to calculate and include it in consideration
Can any body tell me that how good will was calculated for the both companies and was there only impairment loss on the one company good will or both
There was an impairment loss on the foreign sub goodwill as well as an fx loss on translation.
Can’t remember if the other company goodwill was impaired or not.
There was exchange loss on goodwill of foreign company but impairment loss on the other company good will which was mentioned i think 25% on good will is that true?
