ACCA jobs. work sponsorship in foreign countries

hey, im an ACCA student, expecting to complete my skills module this december attempt.
I have been searching for jobs in foreign countries for quite a while now.
the job opportunities in my own country arent very good so i have been searching jobs abroad but there arent a lot of employers that are willing to provide work sponsorship for ACCA students. For those who did land a job abroad like in UK or other european countries, how hard was it, were you fully qualified before you could land a job.
