In the ABC technique, we have total overheads given with each cost driver to allocate to each product.
But I want to ask that whether these overheads are variable or fixed (or it could be both which doesn’t matter)???
I guess it is fixed overheads. Isn’t it?

Although it is primarily concerned with absorbing fixed overheads, the same approach can be used sometimes for variable overheads.
