in the question part C
Why there are two models were used to calculate (net asset model and dividend growth model) the company value? I could not figure out any hint in the question that two valuation models required.

The question asks you to 'discuss' (with supporting calculations) and therefore expects you to use all approaches for which there is information available, and then to discuss.
