Hi Ciara! I’m glad to know it was better today! I’m very nervous about next Monday. Hopefully it won’t be stressful like Monday
December 7, 2020 at 11:17 pm #598025I am not sure what you mean, but I was supposed to sit for AA. I tried to follow the steps they’ve recommended at their troubleshoot guide, but it was impossible to access any of the pages and not even contact them through the “contact us” page!!

December 7, 2020 at 6:38 pm #598170I had that issue Anisa. Everything looked fine. I’ve checked in and even was in touch with the invigilator through the chat. He asked me to show my ID at the webcam and confirm my date o birth. During that I had my webcam video on and it said recording in red. After a while, the chat function was gone and the screen was black, with the mouse sign as if it was loading. It kept like that for ages and when I looked at the clock, it was already 15 min past the exam time. I’ve restarted the computer and the invigilator called me. He told me to try to relaunch the exam but the whole issue with the MyACCA section began. My call with the invigilator finished out of nowhere and I decided to rebook my exam so I wouldn’t lose the slot. But I had to rebook to 4:45 am!!

December 7, 2020 at 11:53 am #598057Hi Singa, I’ve had issues to launch my exam too. I’ve accessed the book an exam section and right next to the “launch” button there is a “rebook” button. Just follow the steps in the screen and you’ll be able to reschedule. That’s how I’ve done anyway.

December 7, 2020 at 11:46 am #598053I was able to do it through the website. You go to the same screen you were supposed to launch the exam and click rebook. You’ll go through the same process as the first time to book the exam.
December 7, 2020 at 11:32 am #598035Hi guys. I was supposed to sit for AA this morning. I was able to login and even speak with the invigilator through the chat. However when my exam was about to launch, the screen was all black for several minutes and the computer was not responding at all. It was already 10 min past the beginning time, so I’ve restarted the computer. I am really frustrated, but was able to reschedule mine for next Monday at 4:45 am!!! Anyway, can’t even complain, as your situation is even worse. They will need to open new slots for everyone, it’s not possible!

December 7, 2020 at 10:55 am #598023I’ve had connectivity issues at the start of my exam at 9:00 am London time. I was in touch with the invigilator through the chat, then my screen was black for several minutes and nothing happened! I had to reschedule my exam to next Monday at 04:45 am!!!!
