    Hello tutor

    Could you help explaining why the working capital required in year 1 only 3.57 (resulted from 8.54-4.87) and year 2 only 3.82, and so on.
    I dont know why it did not bring full 4.97- 8.54 -12.36 -7.38 into year 2:3:4 because this value trully 20% of year sales ?

    Ah. My mistake!
    I have confused 2 figure $22m – profit of Nathan for period and 22 of gain fr disposal Option. That’s ok. None of Option’s nci @ reporting date. It’s all from Nathan in the lines “attribute to NCI”.

    I still not understand why not incl % profit attribute to NCI of Nathan?
    The figure 11.8 profit belonged to NCI is wholly calculated on Option’s nci. Where Nathan’s nci here?

    labour rate variance: 4,950 (A)
    labour efficiency variance: 6,XXX – 4,950 (6,XXX i don’t remember but it’s on question)

    Is that correct? Sbd has same answer??

    Question not too difficult but I did not well at all, don’t know why that was,,, hmmmm. Only hope passing rate.
