We will all pass by the Grace of God. I’m praying that I pass as this is my 6th time.
September 6, 2024 at 12:44 pm #710897Can anyone remember the target costing in section B?
One of the questions stated what was the cost gap I got $8 (60/100*320) 192-200
Next question was what fall in labour hours for close gap using the new figures
I think the new sp was $260 the target cost will be $156 . The answer I got was $38Learning curve
Learning curve one of the question was to calculate the learning % I got 75%First question I got 17 hours- how long will it take for the 128 units
Second I got 7 hours- how long does one unit takes. They give you the total time for the 150 units
The maximum and maximin didn’t study enough on this topic.
I calculated horizontally and not vetically based on the table. Was this correct?Section C
My flexed profit was $585.50 (*1000)
I said no to the participative budgetingAnyone got these ?
September 6, 2024 at 12:32 pm #710894The flexed units supposed to be the actual units multiply by the budgeted units. I think it’s $17,600

Hope for the best.

July 8, 2023 at 7:52 pm #687765Good day Sir,
Can you confirm for me please: Opportunity cost= actual cost (labour or material) + Loss of Contribution per labour hour or machine hour.
Thank you in advance.
June 8, 2022 at 1:54 am #657830I wrote this same thing, and a Basis of opinion paragraph to illustrate the reason for the except for.
June 8, 2022 at 1:49 am #657829The exam overall was simple. My downfall and perhaps I had too much confident in my self was the time. I was unable to finish the question with audit risk and the ratios so I am hoping to pull enough mark from the other questions to pass. Geeze that time went so quickly. The Mcqs was okay but its the time to read the long case scenario.
Can anyone remember what they put for PPE substantive procedures?
