On tips to pass, I’d ask,
1. Do you take notes while going through the lectures?
2. Do you attempt questions from the exam kits (BPP or Kaplan)?

It was said in the LW paper that the shares couldn’t be sold below their par value (ie they could not be sold at a discount). I believe it was even mentioned in the FA paper.
Thanks for your response John, and thanks for the free lectures. Indeed, I only attempted the questions after studying with the lectures and lecture notes. I just didn’t understand why I had to use the budgeted labour hours. Thanks anyway.
Just to clarify, even if it appears on the SOFP as a current asset, it is still a Revenue Expenditure, as only Non-current assets expenditures qualify to be capital expenditures?
