Referred to answering techniques from ACCAs website.
There is a sample mock where they have gone question by question, showing how marks are earned.
Plus examiners report for each of the past sittings. These give a great deal as to how mentally prepare for answering the questions.

65%.Did the mistake of not practising enough past papers in the first attempt, and kind of undermining the paper.
One more to go!

Thank God 🙂June 9, 2021 at 6:45 pm #624250cubeddd wrote:Oh wow, I noticed when I was done with Eilt company that it was spelt “Eilt” and not “Elit”. I started to change all references one by one then I figured out something and was amazed, they exam has a Find and replace function with CTRL + F!!! So basically used that to change the remaining references from “Elit” to “Eilt”. Time-saving but I don’t think there would be any loss of marks with the wrong spelling.
Exact paper for me too, and yes time management was extremely poor on my side too, left a whole of marks unanswered.

June 9, 2021 at 6:35 pm #624243The marks allocation was hard to make sense
PP indicators (9marks)
Big data (10marks)
Brand awareness and loyalty (About 12 marks) if im not wrong

I was looking into WES evaluation of the ACCA Advanced Diploma and your statement “I already have the ACCA advance diploma in accounting and I have had it evaluated by WES as 3 years bachelors” got me.When was this evaluation done? And does your statement imply that a WES evaluation of ACCAs Advanced Diploma is a 3 years Bachelors equivalance

June 15, 2020 at 10:34 pm #573938Greetings trephena,
I need some clarification with the eligibility requirements for OBU and would appreciate your help.I was set to attempt my AA and FM papers this July 2020. but due to Covid restrictions, the exams have been cancelled and postponed to Sept 2020. Initially(Assuming I passed the papers), my plan was to start working on OBU RAP right after the July sitting and to submit in the November session.
Since the exams have now been postponed, would it be allowed, or even advisable that I start working on the OBU RAP from now(June 2020), ie, start with the report and aim to submit in November, and have my September sitting simultaneously too.
Is there a deadline by which i should have completed my papers before submitting RAP in the November session.
Thank you.
