we will consider the date on which fixed charge was created only if it is registred in 21 days after creation.
on ther hand if someone dont regsiter its charge creation date with in 21 days then will assume that charge reation date is when we register it with registrar..
    so look in the question
Jabeen has not registered its charge creation date with in 21 days he registred on 1 june 2019 which is 2 mnths after charge creation date .So we will assume that his creation date is 1 june 2019
on other hand adeel registered its charge on 13 may which is with in 21 days of charge creation.

so now whose charge come first yes adeel’s
    option 2 is the answer

Hello, sir i talked to one of ACCA representative on phone. He told me that you should read that article on acca site related to calculator in exam. Then i told her some of friends who has given exam today they have used scientific calculators and i asked her that should i apply for that mitigating circumstances option because i was unable to complete 80% of one of 15 marks question because i had not enough time to complete.Sir now asking you should i go for this option ?

Is there anyone who used scientific calculator? Using that embedded calculator in software was biggest hurdle.
In my paper, MCQS were easy .Section B was quite tough as there were alot of questions on tax savings and you can imagine how hard it gets when solve this type of questions without paper and calculator in hand in just one mcq . Long were also easy but ran out of time because of spending too much time on section B .

Today i took my exam F6 .Actually, i did know that we are not allowed to use paper for rough work which we used to do in exam centres. But when i started exam with all that check in process completed examinor asked me to put calculator away as it is scientific. This was really shocking for me at first instant .Please make sure you use simple calculator.Due to this issue i ran out of time and could not attempt 10 marks.
