I found the exam extremely time pressured and am hoping to scrape a pass. Did anyone else think there was a heavy focus in terms of marks on substantive procedures?

Just about passed F4 on Saturday, as everyone always says study the whole syllabus but there was a particular focus on meetings and resolutions, capital, contract and employment law and the latin terms.

Sorry to hear that mate, I’m sure from the sounds of it that had you not had the added pressure from busy work before hand you would have passed, at least you know you were only 1% away when you were far from your best. Thanks mate.

Well done Ellean! I have mine this Friday! are there any areas covered more heavily than others in the exam?

congrats, can you give any indication on whether the exam focused on any areas of the syllabus in particular or was it a general spread?
