I got questions:
1. Kaizen, JIT, ERPS – Kaizen costing – I felt my answer wasn’t expanded enough, anyone else have the same problem? Not sure whether the calculation part for implementing JIT was regarding NPV as I seen WACC but I totally disregarded this. What did people put for the limitations of implementing JIT?
2. ABM was so so – anyone anything to add on this?
3. Benchmarking drawbacks – focussed on the different sizes of company’s and how they was not relative to each other. Found the press release question nice.
What did everyone think of the afternoon sitting? The CBE setup threw me off from the start and my plan went out of the window. As for the questions, I struggled on the 18k loss relief on Q3 didn’t see how that was 8 marks? Obviously I missed something off. I found the VAT group question went into a huge amount of detail which I haven’t seen previously.
