I done the same, but after lookin at that question again I think unfortunately we are both wrong. I would say they are looking for impact on performance management rather than the actual performance itself.
Very tough, not what I was expecting. Started off well with q1(i) but all downhill from there. Had to spend too much time on Q1 and had to rush the other ones. Definite fail.
Nightmare, an absolute disaster.
1) Q1 was way too long. Had to rush other questions as a result.
2) i used PESTEL and stakeholder analysis but it was hard to find relevent info in case study for these.
3) That workflow diagram in part b was difficult.Q2 was tough as well. Used factor, demand, related industry conditions but again there was no obvious info to use for these.
Q3 i had to rush so i cant even remember what i wrote.
Definately going to have to repeat. Depressing.
