Thank you Open Tuition and Kim Smith, I’ve passed SBL with 53%. I had only four weeks to prepare and thought that I wouldn’t pass. I used Open Tuition and some videos from YouTube for tips. It wasn’t easy as I have a baby and work four full days a week. Next is SBR now.

Thank you very much for your advice. I think I’ve just failed my f6 exam, which suppose to be easy. I was using bpp revision kit which I like but my problem was that I didn’t go through questions twice. At exam I knew answers to lots of questions but wasn’t 100% sure and started panicking, more I panic more I could consentrate. Also my writing skills are not my strongest point. Even tho I’ll do what you said I’m worrying about writing. Do you have any tips?

So when you finished ACCA, did your work side improve and how? So I know what to expect and look forward.

It is in BPP study text book, the question is on page 369, number 21, the answer is on page 377. That if you have an access to this book.

I think it is all about “the requisite facts”.

I’m just worrying if I get a question like that on the test I would say that he can’t claim any compensations as he had a contract and it’s finished.

Explain which claim Nick may be able to bring agains Equis ltd.

Answer:
Nick is entitled to claim for redundancy pay and/or compensation for unfair dismissal if he can prove the requisite facts.

That is what confuses me.

I’ve got another little problem. It’s probably me again. I’ve printed out the notes and I am watching videos but I’m struggling with cases. I understand that I don’t need to remember their names for a test now so I’m not worrying about that. Cases help to understand and remember everything. When I watch videos I take notes of every single case (what it is about) so when I read the notes again later on it’s easier for me to understand law. It’s time consuming to write everything down (men & girlfriend are living together,men’s brother is wanted by police ….).It would have been good to have a list of them with details so I can print them out and read them whenever/wherever I can/want. is there anywhere I can get them? I suspect, no.
