Hi Kim
I am just wondering if it’s possible to ask ACCA to send me my exam results. I failed my June exam and I was sure that I passed it but got only 46%. It would have been good to see where I went wrong.
I’ve started revising again from the beginning and worrying that maybe I think I know something but actually I don’t or doing it completely wrong.
Thanks
Oksana
Even if you had applied for an administrative review you would have only got an indication of the syllabus areas where your answers fell short
https://www.accaglobal.com/ca/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-results/admin-reviews.html
There are two things in particular you can do BEFORE you carry on with question practice:
(1) Use the resources identified in the post “How to score marks in AA – essential guidance” at the top of this forum.
(2) Read the latest examiner’s report https://www.accaglobal.com/ie/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f8/examiners-reports1.html
You may THINK you are answering the questions set – but both these resources give valuable insights into what does/does not earn marks/meet the examiner’s expectations.
It is better to do half as much revision question practice “properly” than do lots with insufficient appreciation of how to earn marks.
Good morning,
Thank you very much, I will do that then.
Oksana
You’re very welcome Oksana!
