Hey Gillian, my results were withheld and sent to ACO. I did not include this declaration of authenticity. Could this be the reason why

The entire work was mine but I did not include Declaration of Authenticity, might this be the problem?
Hello , I’m also now realizing that I submitted the wrong reference list. I submitted the one I was using as a work in progress . In text I would cite appropriately as e.g ( Yahoo, 2022 ) but on this reference l had not yet put some of the designators hence it would look like Yahoo closed acquisition of stock. Yahoo.com. Hello, I have a query
So on submitting my reference list i submitted my unedited list by mistake and on it right I had some website references which did not have authors on it
For example in text on the RAP I would reference as (Yahoo, 2023)
On the unedited reference list I had used Microsoft reference generator and it generated something like this:
Dodge Closes Acquisition of Audi . Yahoo.com. Available at: https://www.yahoo.com/press-release/dodge.-2021-11-08 [Accessed 1 Jan. 2023].
Is this okay as I am having sleepless nights because of this ,
