I will contact ACCA, I wanted to 1st confirm that I wasn’t the only person who came across this issue
Is there anyone who wrote the AAA alternative paper today. Overall materiality was to be based on PBT, yet there was no PBT given on elements to calculate PBT. It would be really helpful if anyone else could confirm this as this is tasting my sanity now. Thanks
Passed SBR on 3rd attempt. My last paper AAA will self study through open tuition, Kaplan
Well done and congratulations to all who passed. This is my 2nd sitting of SBR and failed with 46%. Taking the exam again in June and my main focus is on timed questions and mocks till the exam because I know this is my weakness. I have SBR and AAA to finish, I work full time, mother, wife and not about to give up. It is disheartening to fail especially when we put in as much time as everyone else but please DO NOT give up, you didn’t come this far to give up.
On Q1, why was the deferred contingent payable to the CEO to be included in Goodwill, it’s not an Asset or liabilities of Sub. Was it not just a bonus/wages?

Did not like the Q4 APM. Time pressured didn’t finishWell done to All who passed Dec 22 SBR. After all the effort and hours of study, timed mocks etc I failed by 37%, I didn’t expect this. But I understand that I need to go back to the basic knowledge to pass SBR. This is my 11/13 paper so need to finish.
This was the hardest paper I’ve sat so far. I am not sure the examiner intended for any of us to pass. Covered All syllabus, IFRS, IAS, study materials, specimen papers- non prepared me for this.
