Thank you for insight to personal experience very useful. I brought the text and exam book which is only relevant to march sitting..grr…im gonna give P6 a go and if really challenging will go back to P5, i have until end of year before loose couple P papers from the 7 year rule.
I am seriously at wits end i dont feel i have any option to change paper as i have all the theroy for P5 and the last 3 sittings i changed my exam texhnique to write more inbthe style of an advisor/consultant and i am still failing…
I received a mark between 41%-48% all sittings
Each time I come out of the exam hall I never have a strong feeling if I done good or bad although I answer most if not all the paper. I have no confidence in the examiner its like the paper is written to set us up for failure and its down to luck if u get a pass or not..supported with global pass rate of 29%

This is my final paper.
I am changing to P6 for March sitting.
I am tired of this exam its a lucky dip…September 5, 2017 at 5:14 pm #405711Despite being well prepared for the exam I struggled with the cash flow question. Seemed much harder than previous CSOCF sittings…..
