How did they arrive at the solution. I mean they calculated the amount of laptop by dividing wih the percentage. But why?? And why did they divide the broadband service amt by 2??

Its related to soft drinks manufcturing company in which there are 4 processes- washing, filling, capping, labelling and we have to identify which of the above 4 processes is he bottleneck?
