Yes!!! The question had a line saying that it appears that the bottles were poorly packaged.
So yes he’s liable for improper packing which resulted in both the contamination and the some of them being broken.

Ofcourse not!!! The notes are too short. Remember this is an exam, it would be rather advisable to try reading alot of material as much as possible.

But the syallbus, study guides and all the articles on acca doesnt state that. Why would global be pakistan law, when you already have a pakistan variant?

You should try emily woolf too, but dont use it as a main text to study from. It can only be used as side materials, the langugue is easy and to the point.

Global variant is like international. It is not related to any specific country! It is based on international law documents , like United Nations Convention on International Sale of Goods (UNSIGS) – the most important document that you will need to study for this paper.
However u will find references to UK law as example of best practice.

Hope you already acquired materials for Global variant.
So download syllabus and use your materials to prepare for exam.

Ok im still confused!! I applied for the global variant . And if its like you said above, global is as per your country, they didnt ask for my country.

Umm, thanks for your reply. But i needed someone to actually solve it, i already do know how to do it. But my answer and the book’s answer are different.
So i was hoping to get a third opinion. 🙂

input costs, labour cost, production overhead costs are debited in process acc.

output cost, normal loss are credited…

abnormal gain is debited and abnormal loss is credited…

to find the cost of ouptut, you need to do some calculations…..

before making abnormal loss or gain account.. you need to make scrap account. so, after making process acc, make scrap account and then abnormal loss / gain account.
