In June 2015 I scored 45. This time I was quite confident to pass BUT scored 31. I can not accept it at all. I know it is wasting of money asking for admin review but I feel there is fundamental error ! I have applied for admin review. Lets see what they suggest. I know outcome may be nothing but I can not accept the score . If fail it is acceptable but 31 is too low for quality work.
