Mine is definitely a story to tell!
From passing all my first 13 acca papers at the first attempt by the age of 22…to the embarrassment of failing my final p5 exam over and over again (thrice)…..to switching from p5 to p7 and failing again in the june sitting with 49% (i remember the pain like it was yesterday)…….to finally passing the p7 exam at second attempt in september.
There is so much i could say but the advice is to keep on keepin on and don’t give up, even when it feels like all hope is lost!!
I would sincerely like to thank this platform for all that they do for students as i for one owe my OBU degree and ACCA qualification to you!
Thank you so much and God bless.September 6, 2016 at 7:19 am #338179Hi.
I also debated about the fire issue in my mind for a while in the exam but if my memory serves me right, one of the ways of determining a KAM is if there was a significant event or transaction that occurred during the year i.e the fire.
So much as it wont affect GC, I stated that a KAM was required because it was a significant event.October 25, 2015 at 6:05 am #278794Am in

I am a period 29 graduate and am waiting for june results to hopefully become an affiliate. luckily, around the time of the obu results release in march this year, the big 4 recruitments started n just as inquisitive as u are right now, I decided to apply to 3 of the 4. deloitte turned me down (no idea why), ey called me for the aptitudes and I hv been fortunate enaf to reach pwc’s partner interviews (fingers crossed for that final call).
so its deftly possible. p.s I had a 2.1
