Passed all exams first time and AFM was no exception. Definitely one I was most worried about! Finally qualified!

Wasn’t part A to evaluate the benchmarked position and suggest additional measures? Part b I focused on benefits and disadvantages of the benchmarked method chosen and how it wasn’t inline with objectives and CSFs of the organisation..

paper was definitely manageable but think paper should be 4 hours same as SBL.

Passed with 67% and as majority in this thread was expecting to fail, hardest exam I’ve sat by far, two more to go, let’s get it!!
