Wow, The community here is so supportive. Thank you guys for all this motivation. Difficult day today, but maybe I’ll rethink my decision, I don’t know. At this moment I can’t find enough strength in me, but your support is so helpful. I’m surprised and moved, thanks again!

Failed again in second attempt with 42 marks. With 3 exams left, this is the end of my ACCA journey. I give up, I have a family and we pay a big price when I study and not spend time with them. Good bye ACCA and good luck to the rest of you!

What about the rest of the amount ($0.4m)? I wrote about the whole amount because that was the amount of the claim. I wrote qualified opiniom,as although it was material it did not change the situation of the company and should not influence shareholders to sell their shares… And yes,the exam was confusing and difficult nad again there was not enough time…

For me it was hard and time pressured. I’ve been studying theory and spent way too little time on question practice and that was a huge mistake. Theory means nothing it you don’t do a massive amount of questions. Ehhh, I’m so sad today 🙁
