Can assess after logging in and logging out

I am sorry that you are experiencing an error message when trying to access the Ethics and Professional Skills Module (EPSM).When completing EPSM, please follow the steps below to minimize errors:
– Use a laptop or PC if possible
– Clear your cookies and temporary internet files
– Please ensure that your browser is set to allow pop-ups and that
– You have adobe reader installed
– You need to use an up to date browser. Some functionality may be limited if you are using an old browser
If this does not fix the issue or you receive any error message, please provide me with a screen shot (showing the full webpage and URL) and I will have our IT department investigate.
However I am unable to launch the link even I did the above
