Dear Sir, thank you very much for your quick reply, I feel more relieved. Similarly for Blipton International (Dec 08 Adapted), the hotel investment disposal recovery is subject to both inflation and market value appreciation; the recovery consists of the open market value less the repair and maintainance costs incurred at the year of the disposal. The market value appreciates and inflates to the power of 5 (the duration of the cash flows ad project while the repair costs to the power of 6. Is the reason the same as your answer above if you are familiar with the question. Should I not take it for granted that you are familiar with all the questions?

thank you very much. Also, when so we add back the cap. allowances ? I am confused because in the first example, we did add back, but not in the second example with oblivia (very smart by the way instead of Bolivia)

actually to clarify, it would be added back but it isn not because the same amount is needed as w.c?

thank you very much for the reply, your lectures are indeed so useful and helpful, i meant to say the BPP textbook. I like to read as well as an extra. I also do the revision kit exercises as well since that is when i actually learn or be able to test whether i have learned or understood. I am very grateful for the lectures and i plan to do F9 as well this march which without your lectures i would not have tried.
