Dear Sir,
I have just started studying for AFM. Which chapters are relevant or should be learned from your lectures to confidently try the advanced investment appraisal questions from the exam kits?

The problem is that most exam questions on advanced investment appraisal require knowledge of many topics (cost of capital, CAPM, risk and uncertainty, adjust present value, etc. etc..)
Chapters 6 to 12 cover most of these topics.
thank you very much. Also, when so we add back the cap. allowances ? I am confused because in the first example, we did add back, but not in the second example with oblivia (very smart by the way instead of Bolivia)
actually to clarify, it would be added back but it isn not because the same amount is needed as w.c?
